GetVitalMe develops and sells digital wellness applications. Our products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. When you complete a purchase, you receive access credentials by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation.
Our products are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that the payment information you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Access is delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your access within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@getvitalme.com — we will verify your order and restore delivery, typically the same business day. Every purchase is covered by our 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

GetVitalMe™ and Neurodyne™ are trademarks of A FREQUENCIA LTDA. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you beyond the license in Section 7.

Content within our apps is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements or health routine, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or heard in our products. We work to keep our applications available and functioning at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve or modify app content and features over time. If we ever discontinue a product you purchased, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a proportional remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A FREQUENCIA LTDA's total liability arising out of or relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
