This Privacy Policy explains how A FREQUENCIA LTDA (CNPJ 63.985.475/0001-02, Rua do Marceneiro, 451, Planalto, Uberlândia – MG, 38413-201, Brazil), operating under the brand GetVitalMe ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit our websites, purchase our products or use our applications, including Neurodyne.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy. We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• Payment data: processed by secure third-party payment processors. We receive transaction confirmations and the last digits of your card for support purposes; we never store your full card number.

8. Marketing communications

If you opt in to receive news and offers, every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not transactional emails related to your purchase (receipts, access information, service notices).

9. Children

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
